Winter Trails

In the winter, Cobble Beach has over 14km of groomed winter trails for cross-country skiing or snowshoeing. Our trails are free for all to use, whether you are a member, guest or a local visitor. We ask that all trail users respect our property and appreciate the environment as much as we do. Please stay on all marked trails; remember to take nothing but pictures and leave nothing but footprints.

Outdoor Skating Rink

Lace up your skates, grab your hockey stick, and enjoy the outdoor skating rink at Cobble Beach. The rink is open to Cobble Beach members, residents, and Inn guests, weather permitting.

The Sweetwater Restaurant

The Sweetwater Restaurant offers a delightful dining experience with stunning views of Georgian Bay and operates year-round for your enjoyment. It also serves as an exceptional event venue, featuring private and semi-private rental spaces ideal for both intimate gatherings and larger celebrations. Guests can savour a diverse menu crafted with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, complemented by an extensive wine selection.

The Spa

The Spa at Cobble Beach is a tranquil, year-round retreat designed for relaxation and rejuvenation. Guests can indulge in a variety of treatments—from soothing massages to revitalizing facials—each tailored to enhance overall well-being. All spa treatments include access to our soothing amenities, such as the hot tub, steam room, etc.

Saunas

Our saunas offer a soothing, heat-based wellness experience that relaxes the body and calms the mind. Dry sauna sessions can help improve circulation, ease muscle tension, promote detoxification through sweat, and support overall stress relief.

Steam Room

Steam rooms have many health benefits, including clearing congestion, improving skin health, lowering blood pressure, improving circulation, relaxation and reducing joint stiffness. Located on the lower level of the Clubhouse, next to the gym.

Hot Tub

Enjoy our hot tub's soothing warmth and relaxation on your muscles and joints. Perfect for after a round of golf or a workout in the fitness centre. Located outside the Spa on the lower level of the Clubhouse.

Fitness Centre

Our fitness centre includes a treadmill, elliptical bike, stair climber, free weights, mats, balls and a "Total Gym" weight machine.

Indoor Golf Simulator

Our state-of-the-art indoor golf facility features a fully functional and highly accurate HD golf simulator. Spend time practicing on the “range,” where you can review precise results and technical data, including ball speed, launch angle, spin rate, and more. For added support, private lessons are also available. Please note that the simulator is closed during the golf season.

Bike Rentals

Everyone loves a good bike ride! The Front Desk offers bicycles for those looking to explore our winding trail system—just be prepared for a few hills along the way. For winter adventures, Cobble Beach also has two fat-tire bikes available at the Clubhouse, perfect for riding through the snow. Please note that a waiver must be signed when using e-bikes.

Private Beach Club

A small, rocky beach—true to our name “Cobble Beach”—provides access to Georgian Bay and is located at the Beach Club. It’s perfect for swimming and launching kayaks, canoes, and other non-motorized watercraft. Two large firepits are also available at the Beach Club for guests to enjoy.

Bocce Ball Court

Best known in Italy, bocce has been gaining popularity in North America. Its appeal: the game is simple and can be enjoyed by people of all ages and skill levels. Cobble Beach’s bocce ball court, open during the summer months, is conveniently located next to the tennis courts.

Volleyball Court

Cobble Beach features a full-size volleyball court, open during the summer months, for all members, residents, and guests. Enjoy a game on our sandy court, conveniently located next to the tennis and bocce courts. Volleyballs are provided for those who don’t have their own!

Tennis Courts

Cobble Beach offers tennis enthusiasts two U.S. Open–style courts, open during the summer months. Guests and members can enjoy this first-class facility while taking in the stunning vistas of Georgian Bay. We also offer lessons, clinics, and camps for players of all ages and skill levels.

Helicopter Pad

Cobble Beach is home to a private helipad, available for use by guests and members. Shuttles are also offered from Wiarton International Airport for added convenience. The Cobble Beach Helipad can be reserved by contacting The Pro Shop.

Child's Playground

Located at the Beach Club, the children’s playground has a slide, swing-set (including baby seats) and a tether ball. Please ensure children are monitored at all times.

18-Hole Golf Course

Designed by Doug Carrick, Cobble Beach's links-style 18-hole golf course is open from May to October and offers breathtaking views of Georgian Bay from every hole. Small pot bunkers, closely mown chipping areas, and hollows surrounding the greens provide the fast-running, bump-and-run characteristics typical of the world’s great links courses.

Georgian Bay Day Dock

Cobble Beach offers boaters a large day dock, available during the summer months, with depths ranging from 5 ft to 11 ft, accommodating vessels of all sizes. Boaters can tie up for the day and be shuttled to the Clubhouse for golf, tennis, or a relaxing gourmet meal at the Sweetwater Restaurant.

Plunge Pool

Enjoy a refreshing swim in our plunge pool, just steps from the Clubhouse. With beautiful waterfront views, it’s the perfect spot to relax on a warm, sunny day. The plunge pool is open during the summer months only.
